    My daughter found a car on auto trader so i took her down to see the car she absolutely loved it. Spoke to a sales person who gave us all the time and was so polite and helpful ( rare in the motor trade nowadays ) did the deal transferred the funds collected the car because it was for my daughter they filled the tank WOW Thank you DCH will come again.

    Do not purchase from here. I asked about the warranty before my purchase and was told that if there was a problem within the first three months that it would be covered and they would deal with it by seeing which was the best option, either by garage close to me or to take it back to them. Called with a issue and was told it is not covered, I have had two further problems since and have emailed and telephoned them , they said they would get back to me over a week ago now.. They not returned any phone calls or further emails. The vehicle is now going to cost me around £800 to fix.There after sales service is appalling..

    The entire process was managed seamlessly. Even down to transporting the vehicle to me! JAY was great, not pushy but friendly. All questions answered, nothing was too much trouble. He made the entire process for me, so easy!I would high recommend DCH motors.

    walked into DCH motors and met a really lovely lady who took her time and walked us through a few vehicles we selected online. There was no rush or pressure and we was allowed a test drive in our own time.Highly recommend this garage.
